Customer satisfaction is our key priority. Since we list unique, preloved garments, please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a full return or refund only under the following circumstances:
- Defect Mismatch: The item has major unreported damages, stains, holes, or tears that were not mentioned or photographed in the listing.
- Authenticity Issues: The item is verified to be a counterfeit or replica brand despite being listed as an original brand.
- Wrong Item: The seller shipped an entirely incorrect product.
2. Sizing and Fit Disclaimer
Important Note: Because preloved items are unique individual garments, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds due to size mismatch or fit issues. Always review measurement tags and request sizing details from the seller using the chat system before placing an order.
3. Claim Verification Procedure
To process a successful refund claim, please follow these steps:
- Rider Presence: If you spot defects immediately upon delivery, you may return the item directly to the delivery rider and reject the parcel.
- Unboxing Video: If opening the package later, you must record a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly, followed by the product inspection showing the defect. This is mandatory for dispute resolution.
- Submit Request: Contact Support or submit a ticket within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after 24 hours cannot be processed as the funds are released to the seller.
4. Processing Timeframe
Once the return is approved and physically collected by our team, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days directly back to your bKash, Nagad, or Bank account.
