Seller Guidelines

1. Brand Authenticity Policy

We strictly prohibit counterfeit, replica, fake, or first-copy fashion items. Every listing must represent a 100% authentic brand name. If our quality inspection team detects a replica item, the seller account will face suspension, and a penalty fee will be charged to recover pickup costs.

2. Product Grading & Defects Disclosure

To maintain buyer trust, you must grade your product condition accurately according to our standard scale:

• New With Tags (NWT): Unworn, brand-new garment with original manufacturer retail tags still attached.
• Like New: Worn once or twice, showing zero signs of use, wash, or fade. Practically brand new.
• Very Good: Gently used, minimal wash wear, no color fading, and absolutely no defects.
• Good: Moderate signs of wear, but still fully functional. Any tiny defects (pills, loose thread) must be noted in description.

3. Product Photography Guidelines

High-quality photos speed up sales. Always upload at least 3-5 high-resolution photos taken in natural daylight. Show the front, back, brand label/size tag, and close-ups of any wear or defect. Do not use stock images or apply heavy filters that alter the true color of the garment.

4. Packaging and Shipping Timelines

Once a customer orders your item, you will be notified via SMS and Dashboard notifications. You must accept and pack the order within 24 hours. A third-party courier partner will pick up the parcel from your address. Ensure items are clean, washed, and packed in secure waterproof bags to prevent transit damage.

5. Commission & Payout Structure

Listing items on Bebohar is 100% free! We only deduct a flat 10% commission processing fee upon successful sale delivery. Payouts are transferred directly to your saved bKash, Nagad, or Bank account every week after the buyer's 24-hour verification window closes safely.
