1. Account Registration and Verification

You must be at least 18 years old or under parental supervision to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and verified personal details (including active mobile number). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account session activities.

2. Buyer Terms and Off-Platform Transactions Policy

Buyers must pay for ordered items through our integrated secure payment gateways or Cash on Delivery. Off-platform transactions (e.g. sharing phone numbers inside chats to complete deals privately outside Bebohar) are strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in off-platform deals to bypass commission fees will be permanently blacklisted.

3. Seller Rules and Listing Policies

Sellers must follow these rules when listing items on the Bebohar marketplace:

• Only list garments, shoes, and fashion accessories that are clean, washed, and wearable.
• Counterfeit, fake, or first-copy branded goods are strictly banned.
• Sellers must ship accepted orders within 3 days. Skipping pickups repeatedly will affect seller rating and platform privileges.

4. Platform Commission Fee

Bebohar charges a flat 10% commission processing fee on the successful sales value of a product. There are no monthly subscription fees or listing fees. The 10% commission is automatically deducted from the seller wallet before weekly payout processing.

5. Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability

In case of a dispute between a buyer and seller regarding product conditions, our verification team will review unboxing videos, invoices, and photos to provide a binding decision. Bebohar acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for indirect damages or disputes outside our verified transaction systems.
